The best service, I have had in a long time
Just wanted to let you know the washing machine arrived safe and sound, and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would like to take this opportunity to commend your service and delivery, the delivery drivers were so courteous, pleasant, helpful with lovely manners, (which you don't often come by these days). The washing machine was installed and tested, in a matter of minutes, the young man obviously knew what he was doing! I asked a couple of questions, which were answered respectfully and confidently, considering it was late on a Friday afternoon and a very hot day. These young men are a credit to you company. I just wanted to thank you for the fantastic product and service I received from your team. The two delivery men were a joy to work with. They phoned at 7.45am to let me know they would be there between 8am and 10am. They arrived on time, were courteous, pleasant and helpful. I have dealt with delivery people in the past who you just want to leave your place! But these guys were really helpful and made the whole thing easy and breezy.
