Great prices
Just wanted to feed back how impressed my husband and I have been both times we have used your service. Not only with the great prices, but the delivery process. This time we purchased a Fisher Paykel washing machine. Not only did we get it delivered the very next day, but we received 2 courtesy calls telling us when it would arrive. In addition the two men who delivered the machine were so friendly, even beeping on departure, much to the amusement of my 8 month old daughter! It's so nice to deal with such a professional company. Why would you go anywhere else
The service we received from the time we ordered was outstanding, we placed our order at about 4.30pm and we received the washing machine the very next morning at about 8.30am, they took the old machine away, they then connected the new machine up, they then showed us how to use the machine, they then took all the packing away. No wonder why the retailers are doing it tough, because they can't provide excellent service like this, why would you go anywhere else, we brought a dryer from you about two months before and we received the same level of service and that is why we then brought the washing machine. We have been very, very impressed with the service provided by appliancesonline. We found out about the company through an online search. The website is extremely easy to use and contains comprehensive information which reduces the need for background research. Other sites we tried seemed to lack information and were less user-friendly. The call centre has been extremely helpful when I have rung. The machine ordered was out of stock, so the next model up was supplied within an hour of a call to check upon delivery! Delivery was free and the packaging was taken away.
