Just a quick note to thank you for your service. I ordered an Asko washing machine about a fortnight ago. It was not in the warehouse so I was told it would be Thursday week for delivery to Leura. The professionalism of the fellows I spoke to on the phone and the courteous, prompt and efficient service of the fellows who delivered and installed the machine was exemplary. Such cooperative people it's a very pleasant change
Hi, I would like to compliment the manner and quality in the way I was treated with your company from my one and only call. I needed a frig in and I had a particular size space and I needed it the next day. I called and I was put through to Colin. I explained my situation to him and that was the end of it. He just kept at it until he found what I wanted and what would fit into the space available. I was unsure and he reassured me that he would send one the next day. He even said don't pay if it doesnt fit send it back. At around 7.30am the next day i got a call advising me that the frig would be arriving between 8 and 10am. Sure enough at that time the guys turned up measured the space then brought in the frig. Perfect fit. Thanks.
