Impressed with the communication and efficiency
Im was very impressed with the communication and efficiency when I recieved my new dishwasher 2 days before Christmas. As well as the price being the cheapest i could find, they took away my old dishwasher with no fuss, installed my new one all done within around 10 mins. The driver was very polite and friendly. This company gets better with age
Andrew, you have done it again!!! worked your magic. Delivery is usually next day but due to the Christmas rush I was prepared to wait the couple of extra days you said it would take. I was at the movies, deliverers called my husband and they appeared within the hour of the following day. This company gets better with age.. Can't wait to buy something else... Lesley,
Rare thing to experience these days
We purchased our washing machine through 'Appliances Online' over the phone. Although there was a mix up at first about the machine being in stock and then not in stock, the customer representative (a lady, who's name I cannot recall)kept in regular contact with me and did all she could to ensure our machine came ASAP, and it did! We were very pleased. Only two weeks later, we had a problem with the machine's seal and it seemed that the manufacturer was claiming that they were not responsible to fix the issue. Your representative, Georgia Kia made an A+ effort to help us, being understanding as well as offering a loan machine until the problem was resolved. As it turned out the machine was fixed, under warranty and seems okay for now but I felt that my gratitude to Georgia needed to be mentioned to the management and/or Directors of 'Appliances Online' .
