I bought a washing machine. Not only was it delivered when they said, it was installed, old one removed and boxes taken away. Saleman very proffesional and met competitors price as well. I called the support centre and Ben (at the support centre) was very helpful. My fridge was delivered the next day within the time frame advised the night before.
