I ordered a new washing machine last week, and asked for delivery today. 7.30am received phone to let me know the delivery would be in 30 minutes. 8.00am Here on time! 10.00am - doing my second load of washing. Brilliant service! The delivery men were polite and efficient. They connected my new machine and took the old (22 years old!) machine away for me. You can't ask for better service than that. I was really impressed with the service
I was really impressed with the service and the fact that they take away the old one and install the new one is a great service. At the same time an owner of one of our rental properties ordered a dishwasher here in Brisbane and it was days later that it was installed even though it was in the same city..
