Purchased as higher off the floor than other bases. Good for tall people and older people. Mattress not too plush now with new base . Nice grey colour not green . Eucalyptus advertised with no photo but not green it's grey

I paid in cash after installation
Hi, I recently ordered the Simpson 7.5kg top load wash machine online. The info request was easy to follow & the phone service really helpful. 2 days later my order arrived!! After a confirmation call in the morning, the delivery guys were very efficient & friendly. I paid in cash after installation & they took my old dying washer away (& all of the packaging rubbish too). I love my beautiful new washer & will definitely be using this service again. On Monday evening I ordered a new front loading washing machine from your website. The process for ordering was quick & efficient, the prices and services offered, excellent. We had been told earlier by a service technician that our current machine was not worth fixing; and had been recommended to your website by friends. The day after placing the order I decided to have a look at the machine for myself and after removing some of the plumbing found that a hanky had clogged the drain pipe, hanky removed, the machine ran fine. At this point expecting the worst I rang your company to ask for a order cancellation, and to my surprise and pleasure, it was done quickly and my credit card payment was refunded promptly.In the future when we do have to replace this machine, we will be doing so via appliances online.
