The process took me 10 minutes at my computer
It's the first time I have used Appliances Online and I was very impressed at how quick and easy it was to find exactly the product I wanted, to pay for it and to organise delivery for exactly the day that suited me the most. That process took me 10 minutes at my computer and not a couple of hours tracking down the appliance by driving to my nearest appliance store, parking, queuing up to get help from a sales assistant and then queuing again to pay for it. The delivery people were clean and totally professional in their work. They rang prior to arrival and arrived at the agreed time. Just a quick note to say thank you for having the best sales and delivery staff. We have made several purchases and each time we have never been disappointed. The sales staff are always friendly and helpful. I have had to wait many hours to get basic information when dealing with the likes of ******** etc but with your staff it is instant. Never a dumb question goes unanswered to which I am very grateful. I am amazed at how easy and quick I can order an item and receive it. Delivery is always a concern as I have had items from ******* delivered on the back of ute which was driven by one of their sales staff after they had finished work. I had paid $60.00 for this disgusting treatment. Your deliver staff are always on time and so polite and professional. It is a credit to you and them that they can keep this level of perfection time and time again. We have spent many thousands at ******* over the years but will do so no more. Just had to send some feedback on your fantastic service. I did send a message with the delivery guys but wanted to send this as well. Last Friday morning our faithful fridge had died!!! but before 10am that morning I had found your website & a replacement fridge with the added bonus of removal of old fridge & 'cheap as chips' delivery charge. I can't believe how totally painless & professional this process was. Our fridge was delivered before 9am this morning & as we live in a semi rural area where it is sometimes VERY difficult to get service persons & deliveries to our location I have to say we are over the moon with such wonderful service.
