I've had this machine for about a month now. The main thing I like is that I can fit so much in. It has reduced the number of loads of washing I need to do as I can now fit all towels in one load, all sheets in one load etc. It is fairly easy to use and I like the add door feature. However, some of the cycles are ridiculously long and the short cycles are buried in the menu. The machine does still rock about during the spin cycle, but apart from that, I am quite happy with the machine.

Failed a year or so out of warranty. Kept tripping circuit breaker. Service person indicated control board had failed and possibly other things, said they were unable to fix it. From research, it seems these machines failing at the 3-4 year mark is common, and from the same sort of issues (control board, leaking seals, etc).

Had this for 2 years. Worst machine I’ve ever owned.
