It was only last Thursday that we came across your website, found a great price compared with **** and ****, then and placed our order on Friday. Your website is excellent – easy to follow – great follow up with order confirmation, notes on delivery and removal of our existing washing machine. As promised, Adam rang about 7.30am to advise anticipated delivery, he and Ali quickly removed the old machine and installed and balanced the new one, took away packing materials. Hi John, Just a short note to thank you soooooooo much for your help with our fridge. What a drama it all ended up being! Who would have thought when I first placed the order it would become such a saga. We so appreciate the extra effort you and your manager put in to get us something asap. Believe me it was a long 3 & 1/2 weeks with a tiny bar fridge!! And the new one could not have arrived on a better day - Saturday being so hot we were actually able to have ice-cream and icy-poles. Very excited children as you can imagine. You were great at keeping me up to speed with what was or wasn't happening which was greatly appreciated.
