Whilst I was extremely nervous about buying a major appliance on line, especially on a Sunday, I am delighted with the result ! I spoke to a real person after hours on Sunday, placed my order on line, got confirmation immediately, was called, as promised on the morning of the delivery and it was delivered just when they said they would. The delivery guys were, neat polite and helpful - they even gave me a good tip about re-routing the drain from the machine. The savings are 'in the bank' ... and I will use them next time.
