Bought this keyboard along with the new tv in hope to have it all nice and compatible. Got it home and look and feel seemed nice until I got it connected to the tv and tried to actually use it. Below is the list of the unexpected behavior : 1) typing text has far to long lag between character typed and it actually appearing on the screen 2) mouse pad, mouse movements are delayed also 3) try pressing the left or right mouse buttons, if you can find them, you need to press so hard totally unconventional for the mouse use where the buttons should be easy to locate and easy to press. After trying to use these buttons to navigate through the menu my fingers hurt and this was the decision to return the keyboard and get my refund. 4) the channel switching buttons, experience as per 3) above. For Samsung to use really nice to feel rubberized material for their mouse pad design, but with the good looks to totally loose the funcionality is really a bad design.

Useless...wont allow typing for Youtube or SBS apps? Samsung apparently claim app developers fault...maybe take that Youtube picture off your packaging and advise it is NOT compatible with Youtube (the main reason people buy it)...going back for a refund today.

I couldn't be more UNHAPPY with this purchase! Samsung has informed me that it is a 2013 model and it has issues (even though on their website it states it is the ONLY compatible keyboard) with my 2015 Samsung Smart TV. The point of having the keyboard was so I didn't have to click click click all the time with my remote to enter text into the tv (such as searching th web or youtube) however the typing doesn't appear on the screen forcing me to use the remote only anyway. Terrible Terrible product. I wouldn't even give it one star! Just terrible.
