This vacuum cleaner is a bit expensive unless its on special then its extremely good value. You could buy a German brand vacuum cleaner for 3 times the price but in terms of suction the samsung has much more. I've had it nearly a year and I couldn't believe how much dust my old vacuum left in the carpet. I vacuumed with my old vacuum first just to see how much it missed then I went over it with the samsung and I literally got a whole cannister in each room my carpet looked so good and it has so much suction power it ripped the carpet off the grips. I've given this vacuum a really good beating vacuuming plaster dust during my reno and still going good. I like the extra long cord and the decent length tube but I dislike the awkward design of the upholstery attachment and the duster push out thing broke so I cant use it to dust any more. Also the filter is a pain because this vacuum has such crazy incredible suction I have to wash the filter every 2 or 3 uses. Other than that I love this vacuum and have compared it to many other brands more than twice the price even dysons 5 times the price you cant compare the suction power. I love to show it off to my friends how you have to lower the suction power or it sucks so much that non gym-goers can't push it around :)

This vacuum seems to be doing quite well at keeping the floor clean. Great suction, easy to empty and a long extendable handle (great for tall people). It does fill up quickly and long hair tends to tangle in the canister filter but this doesn't seem to affect performance. Pleased with my purchase.
