Dear AO, I recently had trouble with a fridge I purchased with you about 2 yrs back. I called up your helpline, which promptly connected me to LG helpline, which in turn promptly arranged a home-based inspection thru a Melbourne based business (WAM electricals), who satisfactorily rectified the problem within reasonable time-frame. I appreciate the quick and courteous response , BIG THANX. Also, I wasn't billed as the fridge was still under warranty. GR8 WORK :) Amit,
Met competitors price
I bought a washing machine. Not only was it delivered when they said, it was installed, old one removed and boxes taken away. Saleman very proffesional and met competitors price as well. Will definatey be a returning customer thankyou. Now to do the washing, why can't they do that too :(
