Great Television
This was a replacement for another Smart TV we had. We lost 5 inchs but definitely gained in more user friendliness. The apps like Stan and Netflix work great. We use this as an everyday TV and as a gaming tv and never had had any issues. It has been both hardwored and used on wifi. Great product

Cloudy Patches and Ghosting
I've had this TV for about two and a half years, everything was fine up until about a month ago when I started noticing large cloudy patches on the right side of the screen and repeated ghost lines. I followed all troubleshooting to resolve as the TV has fallen out of warranty, but nothing will fix it. I have always bought Samsung TVs and this has left me feeling extremely disappointed.

Mostly a decent TV except for the dark cloudy area that has developed ever so coveniently(for smasung) outside of our warranty. TV has just turned 2 years old. Terrible

Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. Do yourself a favour and buy from this site, this is the only place I will be buying my appliances from in the future Julia, Burleigh Waters, Queensland
