Remotely good.
Great TV, tedious remote control. Samsung needs to put out YouTube video of how to use the minimalist remote. Things like how do you get from channel 93 to 7 quickly? How do you rock back and forth between the two channels? How to stop the volume from surging unexpectedly ?

Bixby is a pest
Love the connectivity with wifi and the ease of application to switch from Netflix to AV for example BUT the voice control (Bixby) is a disaster. It turns on without prompting (audio from what is on the TV) and you need to pause the vision, wait for 10 seconds before proceeding. It a pain in the butt!

Very Happy
Great screen, had friends around, they love it. I mainly bought it for the in built youtube and netflix which so good. It needs a keyboard for searching YouTube and Udemy. I did try a bluetooth keyboard but I dont believe it has bluetooth. Trying a wireless usb keyboard. The price is right for a 4K TV right now.

Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS.
