Great TV and great customer service.
I bought this TV almost3 years ago so it was out of warranty when some small rings starting appearing as in the review above. I rang customer support and the TV got a new screen at no cost to me...I was happy I purchased a Samsung TV and this TV has great features and picture quality.

Cloudy Patches and Ghosting
I've had this TV for about two and a half years, everything was fine up until about a month ago when I started noticing large cloudy patches on the right side of the screen and repeated ghost lines. I followed all troubleshooting to resolve as the TV has fallen out of warranty, but nothing will fix it. I have always bought Samsung TVs and this has left me feeling extremely disappointed.

I bought it 2.5 years ago and now started appearing ghost lines on screen. I am really disappointed with this type of quality from samsung. I have bought every appliances from samsung, but know I wont be buying anything.

I buy all my whitegoods and tvs from you now, and if you sold ipads and mobile phones I would buy them from you too :) Best prices in town, you can search the net all day and your prices are still the best. Customer phone service and your delivery service are both top notch, and all your staff, both on the phone, and the delivery guys are all very friendly and efficient. Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. Do yourself a favour and buy from this site, this is the only place I will be buying my appliances from in the future Julia, Burleigh Waters, Queensland
