I followed all troubleshooting to resolve as the TV has fallen out of warranty, but nothing will fix it. I have always bought Samsung TVs and this has left me feeling extremely disappointed.Great featuresTop picture, great features, awesome connectivity. Looks fanrastic tooLove this TVIve had this tv for probably 18 months and it is faultless the picture in 4k it so close to life its ridiculous even 1080 on free to air tv is far superior to my other well-known branded TV I would highly recommend anybody that enjoys a perfect picture no matter what the light to go and get one of theseLegendary service
