while picture is very nice, this tv has never connected to wifi reliably. Since we have another TV, we've always use it to stream services. Spent much time this evening troubleshooting via community search, chat, and phone. Appears this is a common problem with this model and requires service call. There is no mac address so I can't connect to wifi at all. Since I delayed the trouble shooting, TV is out of warranty. So I would not purchase this TV. SmartTV features are worthless if I can't connect to wifi or stream.

I bought this product in April of 2017 and it worked great at first. The picture is great, and the ease of the menu system is something that I enjoyed. Then it started making some weird noises every now and then. I didn't think too much of it however, thinking that it was simply an update to the system or something along those lines. Then one day when I go to turn the tv on, it wont turn on. Instead I hear the tv making a sound as if its running a disc that cannot be read. I called Samsung and they said it was something internal and had to be looked at and replaced. For this reason, I have to give it 1 star. I've never had a TV only last a year. At a price like this one at the time, I was hoping it would last much longer. I am disappointed in Samsung TVs thus far, and most likely wont be purchasing another one.

I bought this 1 year ago. My remote quit working randomly last week.. I tried to pair it and then the only thing that worked after that was the power button. I’ve tried it all.. pairing, batteries, power button with no batteries... nothing works. I can’t even access settings because without the remote, this tv is absolutely useless which I still owe money on... this product is junk. Shocked this is coming from this company....
