Samsung puts ads in the menus
Can’t believe that you pay for the tv, and the main menu has ads that show up around the app icons

2 years old and won’t work!
Up until now was very happy with tv, but for the price incredibly disappointing that it will no longer switch on. Just goes to a grey screen and then switches on and off continuously. Remote does not connect. Unplugging power and reconnecting doesn’t fix. Looks like a trip to get repaired after warranty. Surprise, surprise.

Amazing picture, great features
I've had this TV for over a year now and I'm extremely happy with it, from the picture quality to the great features it really is the perfect entertainment system for your home. I'd love to see more software updates and new features but it does a great job as is. Samsung make excellent hardware and this TV is the ultimate show piece.

Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. Do yourself a favour and buy from this site, this is the only place I will be buying my appliances from in the future Julia, Burleigh Waters, Queensland
The delivery guys were very professional and helpful
We recently purchased a LG Front Load 7.5kg Washing Machine through appliances online and were exceptionally happy with the total experience. Appliances Online were knowledgeable and matched a lowest price, we ordered on a Sunday and received the machine on Tuesday as scheduled. The delivery guys were very professional and helpful.
