if i could give this tv a 0/5 i would, the screen is literally peeling off. this tv has been mounted and hasn't been physically touched.

Nice picture but terrible software choices
This TV is really pretty to look at when the picture is bright. I get flashlighting on dark screens where the backlight is very uneven, but mostly the picture is good. The problem is with the software. Samsung forces updates and the updates inject ads into the UI. Yes, your expensive TV is selling ad space within the menus. I have been a long-time Samsung customer but my next purchases will certainly not be.

Great Picture and Sound
Easy to access modes and functions. Love the remote voice command. Picture is bright and very sharp. I wish there was a mode to shut the picture off while playing music CDs thru my sound bar.

Excellent service
Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. Do yourself a favour and buy from this site, this is the only place I will be buying my appliances from in the future Julia, Burleigh Waters, Queensland
