Internet can be a little slow at times specifically on this TV and the mouse moves really fast (too sensitive), apart from that it is a great TV overall.Love our new Samsung TVWe love our new TV and are more than happy with the quality of the picture and sound. I was a bit concerned that the curved screen would not work in our multi window apartment but we are extremely happy with it so far. I am still learning all the functions of the smart TV and expect this to take some time as I am somewhat technically challenged.Like all Samsung products it's great.Th only problem with this tv is the connect box. It has no HDMI out and does not like HDMI spliters.Legendary service

Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS.
