Always has trouble connecting to wifi. 2. Smart mode is so slow and laggy which is frustrating. You hear phantom clicking sounds as the TV has not loaded yet when selecting an app such as Netflix or scrolling through photos.Better than expectedBought this a month ago and I think it is a great unit. Good picture quailty but no good for sports and fast movement are displayed with a bit of blur. Overall, very happy with the purchase.Not a Smart TVThis TV is very slow. When you turn it on you need to wait 10 seconds before you can do anything (e.g. changing channel or volume). There have been cases where we have changed channel and the sound from the previous channel is playing instead. The interface for the smart features is very clunky and slow. It has trouble reading USB drives and Samsung support's advice is to format my 1TB drive.Legendary service

This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. Do yourself a favour and buy from this site, this is the only place I will be buying my appliances from in the futureExcellent service I buy all my whitegoods and tvs from you now, and if you sold ipads and mobile phones I would buy them from you too :) Best prices in town, you can search the net all day and your prices are still the best. Customer phone service and your delivery service are both top notch, and all your staff, both on the phone, and the delivery guys are all very friendly and efficient.
