Waste of money, ice maker started freezing up 2 months before warranty ran out, no permanently frozen, cant defrost it.

I purchased this fridge/freezer just over two years ago and had numerous issues. The freezer stopped working within a few weeks, they took it away & fixed it, then the ice maker kept freezing over, then the sensor in the fridge stopped working so was icing over inside. Apparently this is a common issue. Now we’ve pulled the draws out to give it a good clean and found a huge crack down the middle - (there is no way we could have possible done this) and of course it’s just out of warranty. Hate this fridge, terrible quality. wouldn’t recommend at all

Had this fridge just on 3 years. Ice making part started playing up after 13 months (major fault around the world, law suits in the USA). I have to now defrost it every month to keep it working and not freezing up so I can pull out the ice box. Water drips from the outlet all the time. After 18 months the shelves have started to crack where they sit on the holding points. Not good enough, Samsung don`t care. It is the last Samsung prtoduct I buy. Have owned Samsung phones for years. Thinking of a TV with next upgrade, BUT not now. Wake up Samsung and stand behind your product. Very Disappointed!!!!
