A really good vacuum, pretty quiet and very effective. However, once it breaks down you'd better hope you're in Sydney as the only service centre for Queensland appears to be in Caboolture, a convenient 2 hour drive away. For this reason alone I will not buy any more Samsung products.

This is the best robot vac I have ever seen it is amazing with great extra features

I've thought about getting one of these for ages and finally took the plunge with this one after reading Choice reviews. It is seriously incredible - we set it to do the vacuuming at 6am every morning so as we are waking up we hear it doing its stuff. Our floors are lovely. It picks up almost 100% of pet hair, and only occasionally misses areas. For us, it runs out of power at around 6:45am so charges again and finishes the job at 9:30am which is fine. There is an electronic 'guard' that you can place to stop it going out open doors (we forgot one day and it ended up trying to vacuum under the lemon tree - no problem!). The pets (all 4) have no issue with it. I really highly recommend this, despite its relatively high price.
