I am a mechatronic (robotics) engineer and I was shocked at how good this little guy is. My apartment has all wooden floors which makes things easy, but this robot vac exceeded my expectations on its mapping of the rooms and being able to find the charging doc. Only drawback is the limited battery life (60mins) which is just enough to do my 2 bedroom apartment (living room, kitchen, hallways + 2 bedrooms). I clean the dustbin after every time I use it so havent had any issues with its capacity. I am going to see if I can buy a larger capacity Li-ion battery (4800 mAh instead of the stock 1800 mAh).

I bought this a month ago. It worked not too bad the first time I used. But since then. It fails to clean . I charge it overnight and it only runs for 10 or so minutes and stops . It never returns back to dock station. I gave up and returned it and got my money back I DO not recommend anyone to buy this

I puchased this vaccum some time ago and it is very loud and bumps into everything even though the sales person that sold it to me said it has sensors to stop it from hitting things.(the bumps and scratches all over the device prove this) I was told it has advanced mapping but it misses spots and drives around like a chicken with its head cut off. Even reversing back after bumping a corner then spinning left then back to the right then forward to hit the exact same corner. I have watched it to this on multiple occasions. I end up having to manually move it. I have also lost count of how many times I have to go searching for it when returning home because it hasnt found its way back to the base station. I just moved and in the move lost the remote which pretty much makes the device useless as you need the remote to connect the device to wifi and setup any of the schedules etc. The replacement cost of the remote is $150. Rediculous when you can buy a better robot vac for $250.
