No spares part available
The docking station stopped worked and there is no way to charge the bot without it. I can't find the spare docking station in Australia. Very frustrating, dont recommend.

Terrible
We upgraded as our previous samsung battery died. This one has chewed our walls and left a channel in the plaster. Absolutely devasted by this device. Probably the last samsung robot vac i will buy.

A Good Assist
I am satisfied with this product as an assist to other cleaning tools. We have a dog that sheds and it helps pick up the dog hair when I dont want to drag out my vacuum cleaner. I dont expect the robot to get everything! I'm happy to have it to help. The designers could improve on getting it to clean along walls and a leaner design for under lower furniture.

I do a lot of online shopping across many different categories. This is the best online service I have experienced. Appliances Online not only matched a cheaper price, they advised they would call the next day after i ordered to confirm delivery time (which they did), then actually delivered within that 2 hour time window and picked up my old one for free.
