I loved this phone. Had a great look and design. I had it until the charging port broke on me. I cried when I couldn't get a replacement.

Everything amazing, except battery life
I've had this phone for over 2 years now, and it still works great! Shame about the rubbish battery life though..... using data really drains the battery! I love the appearance - looks great! I also love the little heartbeat sensor under the camera flash! A very cute feature

I've had nothing but trouble. Phone won't hold its charge, WiFi can't be turned on. Just about to send it away to Samsung for the 3rd time. Each time it's away for 2-3 weeks! What a hassle and inconvenience! Stuck with it for another year and warranty runs out next month!!

How extremely impressed I am with your staff
I am writing to you to say how extremely impressed I am with your staff, David Hodgson. I was in a desperate situation as my fridge decided to die on me this morning. I called David to go through some questions around various brands/models I was considering. He demonstrated he knew his products, he was friendly, professional, willing to help and made the entire purchasing process absolutely seamless. He was also able to see if there was any possibility that the fridge could be delivered today and lucky me, the fridge was delivered by 1.30pm. The two men who delivered the fridge were also fantastic. This is the first time I am using your business to purchase but I can guarantee, you will have repeat business from my immediate family and I will be telling all my friends to go to appliances on line for their needs. People who work for you make or break the business and all I can say is, you can never have enough of David Hodgson. I have NEVER known such efficient service
I had never heard of your company before doing a google search. the testimonial page convinced me. i ordered a washing machine. the emails from your company explaining the procedure were very clear. the next day l received a phone call at 7.30am from a delivery man that my machine would be delivered between 8 and 10. 8.15 2 guys arrived with it on the door step, 5 minutes later it was installed, ready to go and my old machine taken away. Yet again we hfantastic service from your delivery guysave had . In fact I spoke to my brother in law who lives in Manly ( the person who recommended your company in the first place) and although he is many kilometers from my location in Auchenflower it was Peter and Ben who did his washing machine delivery and that when offered for them to leave it out side and that my brother in law would take it in, they insisted in taking it in and hooking it up.
