Works ok at first but slows down with no extra apps, terrible storage, and glitchy

When I first got this phone, it was relatively new, but after about 2 or 3 months I stopped receiving any updates, both OS and security. This wasn't even the biggest problem. The quality of the battery quickly dropped, at first I was able to a decent part of the day without recharging, but now I can get about 2-3 hours if I'm lucky. Whenever the battery gets into the 70-80% range, the phone will just completely shut down and when I turn it back on, it has about 10% charge. On rare occasions, when I take a photo, the phone will also shut down without actually taking, and leaving the battery on low charge. Sometimes the screen will also randomly freeze, leaving me unable to do anything sometimes forcing to shut down the phone or even removing the battery, just so that something happens. A lot of times on the lock screen, it will freeze leaving me unable to unlock the phone. It was good at first but quickly became extremely frustrating to do anything with.

Got this as a replacement phone to my previous phone, the Motorola G 2nd Gen. All was good when it had KitKat 4.4.4, but when upgraded to Lollipop 5.1.1, things went downhill (sudden battery loss, missed calls, no alerts....etc). But now....a more serious problem with this phone: Zero 4G reception and reduced 3G reception. If I am lucky, I may get 1 bar of 4G (yay for me... not) and 2 or 3 bars of 3G that continuously fluctuates. I have tried many things to rectify the issue.....including reinstalling the OS via Keis and trying a different SIM on a different network. Makes no difference. I guess the only thing I like about this phone is that it runs ePSXe and PPssPP somewhat decent. But to me, I prefer a more powerful phone that can handle things with no issues. I don't know if it's Lollipop that is the main cause of the drama, or whether something has gone wrong with the phone's antenna. But I do know that my previous phone succumbed to complete death because of Lollipop. So yeah.....stuck with a phone that has no or poor 4G reception and now poor 3Ģ reception.
