Old phone works well - and is smart enough
It is relatively easy to operate. The apps I use work. I am happy to explore features - but don't want to waste time on the phone - so it just does what I need it to do now. I don't know what I will need tomorrow.

A completely hassle free transaction
Our washing machine died yesterday morning. We ordered a new one from you guys (cheaper than retail prices woo!) just before lunchtime. I was kept up to date with the progress of our order through SMS, and received a phone call this morning giving us a window for delivery as promised. Our brand new washing machine was delivered (for FREE) this morning BEFORE 10am. It was installed (for FREE) and our old washing machine removed (again for FREE). Thank you for a completely hassle free transaction and fantastic service. I can't see us shopping for appliances anywhere else in the future and I will be recommending Appliances Online to anyone who will listen! Sara, Footscray, VIC

Exactly how I like it
My parents told me they bought a new dryer online from AppliancesOnline. I was amazed because they never buy anything online. When we needed to replace our washing machine we looked at the prices of our local stores and I then decided to check AppliancesOnline. AOs price was $10 more than our local store but it included free delivery, free installation and free removal of the old machine. They were able to deliver it the next day. Amazing. The instructions for delivery were very clear and detailed. Exactly how I like it. None of this "it will get there when the it gets there". They arrived on time and installed it cheerfully. I had one issue. The website failed three times (Internal Server Error) so I had to call the 1300 number. Colin answered within 30 seconds and was very helpful.
