HI, I just wanted to thank you for the best service and experience I have ever had purchasing an appliance. I bought an LG Fridge on Friday Morning and it was delivered and installed to my new home at 8am the following Monday. The delivery men were very courteous and happy and did quite a difficult install with a smile. I am very impressed with the whole transaction etc and have already recommended appliances online to all of my family and will be extending that to everyone I associate with. Not often I make the effort to send some praise out, but full marks to Colin in customer service. Our new LG front loader arrived was installed and promptly decided to overfill and drop its load and flood our laundry and adjoing room. Phoned through our issue (incidently we are still waiting for LG to get back to us)and Colin fixed the problem and arranged a replacement to unit to be delivered - full marks to everyone including the drivers - prompt efficient and very courteous - keep up the good service - I will certainly sing your praises and you have my future business!!!!
