Outstanding TV with slightly annoying remote
Bought this 3 months ago and absolutely love it! We are a Samsung household so this is our third current Samsung TV. Love the voice recognition, smart capabilities, size and clarity! Samsung, for us is truly the best quality TVs. We have a toddler that shot put throws all three TV remotes and we have never had to replace one! But therein lies the only drawback of this TV. If you have old Samsungs and are used to being able to use the remotes interchangeably -you won't be able to do so with this one. Your old Samsung TV remotes will work on this new TV but this new remote will not operate old Samsung TVs you may have in other rooms. Also, whilst the voice activation is really nifty it lacks accuracy. So I find myself still using the old manual method of push buttons. This new remote makes changing the Chanel and other functions harder and more time consuming than the old remotes which is ultimately annoying. I would give this TV 5/5 stars but the remote 2/5 stars so settled on 4/5 stars overall...thanks for yet another brilliant TV Samsung!

Excellent service
Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. Do yourself a favour and buy from this site, this is the only place I will be buying my appliances from in the future Julia, Burleigh Waters, Queensland

I've never bought applicances online before, and was a bit apprehensive, particularly as I wanted it delivered to a different address. I purchased a cordless vacuum cleaner to be delivered to my sister. She lives in a rural area near Echuca. The transaction went through smoothly, and you delivered the goods on exactly the day I asked for. My sister has been very unwell, and unable to use her normal vacuum cleaner. Hi there, Thanks for your question. The new range of Samsung QLED's do not have analogue outputs as they have moved to digital (optical and HDMI) in order to give you the best possible sound quality.
