Great TV - Sometimes Buggy
The TV is absoutely fantastic in everyway. Sometimes and i mean very occasionally it can become somewhat buggy and for example not turn on, have slow apps etc. This is very occasional though and does not affect my overall love for this tv but it is worth mentioning

Excellent TV
Purchased this 65" QLED 4K TV about the middle of May 2019. The TV was very easy to unpack and install. Easy to follow instructions. Set up was a breeze. Awesome picture quality, extremely happy with the product.

Great Picture & Features
Purchased 3 Months ago. Easy to set up. Works great and so do the Apps!! Love the separate electronics break out box. No to so happy with the remote. Works well but not enough of the frequently used buttons ready to hand Soft butons are too laborious to access. Would prefer the non-QLED remote or better still one of each.

Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. Do yourself a favour and buy from this site, this is the only place I will be buying my appliances from in the future Julia, Burleigh Waters, Queensland
Amazed at such excellent service
We ordered a Bosch dishwasher from Appliances Online yesterday morning, and were asked when we would like delivery to take place, so we said today. The very next email through told us the drivers start at 4.30 am, and they would call before 10 am. At 7 am today we received a call from a driver, who informed us they would be at our place at 8am, and they arrived on that exact time, brought the dishwasher up the stairs, removed the old one, and were finished in minutes. We are at Taree, which is approximately 260ks away, and received our dishwasher the very next day, and with nil delivery charge. I have mentioned this to several people today, and they are all amazed at such excellent service. This should make the H***** N*****s and B*** L**s look closely at better service and nil delivery fees. We will buy from Appliances Online again. Gary, Taree, NSW

The stove was delivered on time and the old one taken away without any fuss. A rarity in today's competitive market.
