Great looking product that compliments my TV but does not deliver. It’s glitchy on wifi dropping sound ever few minutes so you connect through one of the cable options (‘wireless’ goes out the window) but then you can’t use the Samsung R360 surround speakers. Overall a great looking but overpriced, poor quality product

I purchased the sound bar and 3 Radiant 360 speakers as a result of advertising before I bought the system. Maybe I misunderstood but I can't get them to work together. First; the app. that controls them is inadequate and does not appear the same as in the user manual. I can get surround sound to work, but it is muffled, not clear. The third speaker is useless in the system. Once I get it set up, it often resorts back to another setting. I printed the online samsung manuals, I just have to take time to read 150 pages to figure out what the system will do and what it won't do. It should not be as difficult as it is to get the system to work. I expected voice clarity at low volume with the sound bar and the 360 speakers. Some programs are clearer than others. Most times I can change soundbar settings for clarity. As I said; maybe I misunderstood and bought the wrong products/sound system.
