Great Value For Your Money
Great Value for your Money the HM1350 Bluetooth Headset have a very long battery life ...great to use when I am around the house taking on projects...driving and whenever I need both hands. I find the HM1350 to be comfortable, easy to use and has great reception. If you are looking for a great Bluetooth headset I highly recommend this one!

very disappointed
It won't play any media--audio books, music, etc. It will only work when talking on the phone. I was replacing the plantronic ear piece that I had lost. I loose these often so don't want to buy an expensive one. I use my phone to listen to audio books and music while i bicycle. This samsung earpiece is so limited that it won't play media. It is the only bluetooth device I have every connected to a phone that won't.

The plastic ear piece that holds the ear piece is too fragile
The plastic ear piece is too fragile and should be made of a durable plastic or redesigned. I have gone to several stores for replacement of the part and it is not offered on Samsung website

Appliances Online were probably the most professional company I have ever dealt with. The prices were the cheapest that I could find which is the reason I went with their products. However, the contact made on the day of delivery and the impeccable service of the installation of my appliances were most impressive. Have referred to my friend and she had exactly the same experience. Appliances Online have restored my faith in the retail business and encouraged me to buy on line more often. A special mention must go to a gentleman by the name of LUKE who on several ocassions was the unlucky guy that took our phone call and guided us every inch of the way with measurements regarding our cook top and wall oven.
