You no longer have to open up the cover to see who is calling you. You can also take pictures and scan items with out opening the case. I don't know how I ever lived without it.Over time it's lastedboth my husband and I have this cover. you can still talk on the phone, take pictures, etc. I've dropped my phone several times and it's not broke. I purchased the 394L Samsung SR394NW on a Thursday and chose to have it delivered the next day and to my surprised it was actually delivered to my front door on Friday! I live on the 2nd floor without an elevator so the friendly delivery men brought it up 3 flights of stairs, removed the cardboard box from the fridge and placed it in my kitchen exactly where I wanted it! I will definitely purchase white goods again from applianceonline and not to mention their prices are competitive with the same type of warranty that retail offers. You can not go wrong with applianceonline!You can not go wrong with Appliances Online Just want to say how impressed I was with the delivery of my fridge. I live in a complicated complex of flats and the delivery guys were not phased at all. They arrived when they said they would and were very courteous and professional. Nothing was too much trouble.
