AOL price was better and they delivered the very next day as promised
I'm new to Australia and my transaction with Appliances Online is honestly at the very, very top of any company I've dealt with since moving here from the U.S. I had been waiting over a week on my dryer from another supplier with continued empty promises on its arrival before I discovered Application Online. The AO price was better and they delivered the very next day as promised and called when they said they would concerning the delivery. Everything was very professional and efficient and the customer service rep and delivery guys were also very friendly. Thank you Appliances online. I bought 2 of your products during January - a Samsung washing machine/dryer combo and a Haier chest freezer. Both excellent products & at a great price. I dealt with two different customer service reps both were highly professional and soooooooo helpful. The delivery was when it was convenient for me and the delivery guys were wonderful, courteous and happy to help. I just wanted to get in touch and say what a pleasure it was dealing with Appliances online from beginning to end. I made my order online and had simple question so I phoned your offices, was greeted by a very friendly operator who helped me and explained to me how the process would work. I then organised for my Washing Machine to be delivered the very next morning. The delivery guys were so friendly and helpful. They fully installed my Washing Machine and showed me how it worked and tested it to ensure there were no problems. When they left they took all the packing and rubbish with them.
