I recently purchased a Westinghouse freezer from Appliances Online. I have never been one to trust the Internet when it comes to white goods and normally undertake extensive telephone based pricing which is followed up with on site visits concluding with the obligatory haggling session. The whole process can take days and is generally an enormous waste of time just to secure a discount off retail. You said the driver would ring an hour before delivery and he did 3. The delivery people unpacked the fridge and took away all the packaging waste 4.
