Can't believe you can be that good!
Hi AppliancesOnLine Congratulations on fantastic service. I ordered the item below at 2.30pm on Wednesday, at 8.00am Thursday it was on my doorstep. Can't believe you can be that good! The reason we bought the oven was that ours broke down and a new electronic timer from Smegg was quoted at $450.00. As it was about 12 years old my wife thought it was time to update. So she searched the Internet to find out what was available and came upon your excellent web site. Decided on the model she wanted, told me that she could get a better price at 'The Good Guys' as she has been a constant shopper there. Not only could they not match your price but they couldn't even get close to it! And also wanted a $40.00 delivery fee. How extremely impressed I am with your staff
I am writing to you to say how extremely impressed I am with your staff, David Hodgson. I was in a desperate situation as my fridge decided to die on me this morning. I called David to go through some questions around various brands/models I was considering. He demonstrated he knew his products, he was friendly, professional, willing to help and made the entire purchasing process absolutely seamless. He was also able to see if there was any possibility that the fridge could be delivered today and lucky me, the fridge was delivered by 1.30pm. The two men who delivered the fridge were also fantastic. This is the first time I am using your business to purchase but I can guarantee, you will have repeat business from my immediate family and I will be telling all my friends to go to appliances on line for their needs.
