Absolutely blown away by your service
I received my order of a new washing machine today. I found appliances online through a google search when our old washing machine blew up. Id never heard of your business before. I have been absolutely blown away by your service, competitive prices, delivery and installation included, the real seller for me was the no fuss free removal of my old machine. Next day delivery meant that we werent left without a machine for too long. Communication and professnalism of the drivers was outstanding. On time, super speedy install and removal was fantastic. I just didnt know affordable old fashioned service like this existed, I will definitely be using you again and have already recommended you to all of my friends and family. Ordered a LG Front Loader washing machine on a Tuesday 22/6/10 around lunchtime for delivery into Melb as a gift. Everything that was promised on the website actually happened. Next day delivery, call made before 9am to confirm a 2 hour window for delivery. The driver rang when he was 20 mins away so my friend could go home. Gift received, installed and the old machine taken away. It could not have been a more pleasant online buying experience.
