    Wow!! Incredible suction.
    Very impressed with this vacuum cleaner. I was a bit sceptical spending so much at first and trying so many useless "pet friendly" alternatives. I have hairy, active, dirty border collies and a large shagpile rug they spend their resting time on. I set my new vacuum up only a week after I had gone through my old routine of raking rug, using dirt blower, then vacuuming with my old "pet-friendly" vacuum. My new Samsung got around 8 containers full of ingrained dirt, woodchipped sticks and heaps of hair out of that rug that did not look as dirty as it was. Tried the normal connection, then the pet friendly connection and it looks like a new rug now. I was so impressed that this new vacuum managed to extract so much with so little effort. Got jammed with so much hair, but instructions were easy to follow. Easy to use and was handy having levels of strength of suction for different surfaces and purposes. Also my dogs were not as frightened of it as they were when I usually vacuum, but perhaps because I was so happy with the result.

    Great vacuum but mops lets it down
    Love: Vacuum suction, AI mode (automatically adapts suction according to floor type) & the automatic bin emptying with a very decent sized bag. The suction is amazing. Hate: The mop is disappointing, yes it can buff out marks really well but the rest is disappointing. It does NOT vacuum whilst it mops, only uses cold water with no cleaning product as an option. If also keeps on getting stuck, saying there's debris or something stuck when nothing is there! It needs to vaccuum as it mops, ideally with hot and/or soapy water to achieve 5 stars in my oopinion but I bought this model as it was the only one with the self emptying bin.

    Beauty is only skin-deep
    After our 5-year old Dyson stick vacuum broke, we bought this Samsung Bespoke Jet Stick with AI. We love the cleaning station and the light that lights up the floor where you go, making ie easier to spot things that would otherwise have gone unnoticed. We discovered very quickly that the Samsung does not suck as powerfully as the Dyson, but that was not a big problem because it still cleaned good enough. I also like the floor cleaning head, but my wife finds it too heavy. Compared to the Dyson, I also need to clean the filter MUCH more frequently -- with the Dyson it was more or less monthly, while the Samsung needs filter leaning every week. Now, with the vacuum just over 11 months old, the battery is dying. We charge it up in the evening and overnight it runs down to only 2% power. This is a huge disappointment, especially considering I could have bought almost TWO top-end Dysons for the price of this vacuum. So, this good-looking vacuum proves that beauty is only skin-deep. It looks good from the outside, but from a quality perspective, it does not live up to standard set by other (cheaper) vacuums. Do yourself a favour and read some reviews before you go and waste your money like I did.
