Failed after 13 months
Yet another BluRay that started out great and failed at exactly one month out of warranty! As time went by it loaded slower and slower. Complete failure on all apps except disc at 13 months.

Will not buy another one
I have not owned this Blu-ray player very long and the Blu-ray portion has quit working. I will not own another one.

Is not multi regional
The first player we had of this had to be returned to the store the day it was bought as it wouldn't recognize discs including discs it played ten minutes earlier when we were testing out it's features. The second one works brilliantly, however, I just put a disc into the player that I legally purchased but from a different region and it won't play. Had I known that it did not support multi regional discs I would not have bought it. Our previous Sony BR player was multi regional.

A little concerned how it would go
Hi I have not bought an appliance on line before and was a little concerned how it would go. I would like to compliment your company on the way my order was handled, i.e. the uncomplicated method of ordering, the pleasant way I was treated when I rang to change delivery date and the very prompt delivery. It was difficult ordering a product I did not know but I am extremely happy with the Omega Dishwasher. I am sure you get complaints but this is a genuine compliment. The entire process was painless
To Appliances Online. I would like to thank you for the excellent service you recently provided with my recent purchase of a refrigerator. If only all places provided the level of customer service you provide, things would be much easier for we consumers. I am pleased to say that the process outlined on your website occurred as claimed - the product was delivered the next business day after it was ordered, I was called before 10am on the day of delivery with an estimated delivery time window, and it was delivered within that window. There was a small glitch with the online ordering process in that I didn't receive a confirmation page after submitting payment, but a call to the Support phone number confirmed the order had been placed and the payment had been received. The only thing that didn't happen as specified on the website was a phone call an hour before the delivery. I was enticed by the free delivery
Hello, I just wanted to say thanks for the great service I received from your company. I ordered my dryer on Sunday (I was enticed by the free delivery) It arrived on the day I had chosen. I was actually going to call on the Tuesday morning just to confirm it would actually be delivered (as I have had problems in the past from other companies)but before I could even do that I got a call before 9am to say it would be delivered in 15 mins. On delivery the men were very nice to my daughter and did not seem to complain that it was 2 flights of stairs which makes a change. This proves that a system without person to person contact really does work and I find it preferable. Thanks for the great job, I will definitely use you again. Phillippa,
