This is completely not user friendly. I spent 1.5 hours trying to get my fathers Netflix to work and everything was set up in a way that was just awkward. Netflix still not working and we can’t even delete the app to re-install it 🤷‍♀️ It’s ‘Recommended’ and seemingly recommended apps cannot be deleted. Such a waste of time and money. Also 0000 customer service!!! All roads lead to a dead end.

This is a feature packed box! However, the music player functions are marred by the way that it insists on listing your ripped CD tracks in alphabetical order rather than the track order. I bought this initially to play music from a Buffalo network drive media player but thought that the blu-ray, blinkbox and netflix etc would be useful additions. The SMART functions have upgraded our tv/hifi system massively but the music player functions are a disappointment. Hopefully this can be resolved with a software update?

its great to be able to access iplayer etc but when trying to watch a programme, it skipped and stopped. I have fibre optic broadband and never have these problems when watching on my pc. Trying to go back a few minutes on the iplayer app to re watch something was painful as it skipped, froze and then jumped back to the beginning. I find the navigation to be clumsy. Also I cannot seem to download "allshare" onto my pc which apparently you need in order for my pc to talk to the blueray. The device sees my pcs on the network but refuses to access my videos and photos. I am still struggling to work round this issue as that's what I bought the blueray for was for the iplayer/on demand apps as I already have a sky box so didn't need a settop box and I wanted to be able to communicate with my pc to show my own photos on the tv downstairs.
