Awful. Purchased in 2018 and the dryer stopped working 2 years into it. Never again Samsung. Had to go and buy a separate dryer that could do the job.

I bought this washer/dryer combo 2 years ago. The door has leaked the entire time. They eventually replaced the WHOLE door and a couple weeks later started leaking again. Dryer has had issues. I am so tired of calling every few months. I have done extra cleaning, wiping and small loads. It has not helped to stop it or stop it from starting again. Drying takes ages and doesn't dry clothes. It was my ignorance to think this was a good idea. Please consider your options. It is pricey and does not function responsibly :0). Samsung please consider the products you put out. Would love a separate washer and dryer due to the trauma and time I have spent with this one.

Bought the machine in Feb 2020. In May 2022, the drum bearings started to die and as the result the drum began to eat the rubber seal around the drum and door. The replacement of the seal is only a temporary solution and to replace the bearings one need to disassemble the entire machine (including the tub and the drum). This is the first machine I had that failed after just 2 years of use. I would expect better bearings being installed into a unit that is supposed to work for years (or at least make it much easier to maintain -- Samsung expect you to replace the entire back half of the tub instead of just the bearings).
