[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 43" model about a month ago to replace the much older, not so smart, 33" Samsung LCD that we had in the bedroom. It became increasingly difficult to see the smaller TV so this was mainly to make life easier. A great TV at a great price point and has made a massive improvement to our viewing experience. My only complaint is the remote on the old TV allowed us to select the station without scrolling through each station and when scrolling through the station you can't see each station until you stop scrolling, which the older TV allowed us to do. I know there's voice recognition on this one and you should be able to just say "Go to a particular Channel" but I haven't been able to get that feature to work "yet". Other than that, very happy with the purchase and would recommend this for non-critical type of viewing requirements.

Don’t buy a Samsung TV. We bought this TV 6 months ago and it no longer turns on. We’ve had to wait for over 2 weeks for a Samsung technician to look at the TV. We’ve now been told they need to order parts (the main switchboard was faulty) and there’s no time frame for it being fixed. Samsung have offered no further assistance. Surely a faulty main switchboard is a faulty TV and should be replaced asap.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung make fantastic products. Am happy with TV except for the lack of PVR feature. You just expect it in an 80 inch TV from Samsung. It really left a sour feeling towards the purchase for me. There are so many functions on TVs these days. You would expect Samsung to provide clear information on such basic functionality these days.
