Side outlet - bad idea
Have enjoyed our last samsung for well over 10 years and we decided to replace with same brand. Got it delivered to find out the outlet is now on the side, so it doesn't fit the space we have without dismantling the laundry space and threading the pipe from one side to the other behind the machine. Won't fit the space and the outlet pipe doesn't have a 90degree elbow so it cannot go against a wall. This is drastically limiting the options for customers. What a crazy design. Go back to rear outlet. Couldn't use it so don't know how it performs.

had a samsung prior to this one that lasted 18 years. this one is also great and have had it running well for over 7 years now. cant say a bad word about it. only thing to note is that will all or most top loaders they can wind up the clothes during the cycle but thats a top loader thing, not due to this particular brand.

Whilst I was extremely nervous about buying a major appliance on line, especially on a Sunday, I am delighted with the result ! I spoke to a real person after hours on Sunday, placed my order on line, got confirmation immediately, was called, as promised on the morning of the delivery and it was delivered just when they said they would. The delivery guys were, neat polite and helpful - they even gave me a good tip about re-routing the drain from the machine. The savings are 'in the bank' ... and I will use them next time. Just a note to say how happy I am with my recent purchase from you great product great price and best delivery ive ever had , they rang to tell me delivery was between 6 and 9 allowed me to go out and do other things then called before delivery couldnt ask for more than that and guys were great and polite. I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it has been dealing with your company. I knew the product I wanted, placed the order late on a Sunday night, and received confirmation of the order on Monday morning, confirming delivery date of Tuesday. At 8.25am on Tuesday morning I received a phone call advising delivery of machine between 10am and 12 Noon. At 10.10am truck arrivd, with two young men who quietly and very eficently, delivered and installed my new washing machine. They took the time and trouble to explain about what to do if I had any problems, refused our offer of a cold or hot drink, took out our old machine and left as quickly and as efficiently as they arrived, all done within 15 minutes.
