    almost cinema like experience !
    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] been using Samsung TVs for quite some time. this is the 2nd Samsung TV i have bought have nv regret since then ! at 75" it is jus nice fiting in to my living room woth almost cinema like experience in 4K paired with a nice sound bar !

    Your software is bad and you should feel bad.
    Hardware is excellent for the money paid - picture is great and sound from such a wafer-thin panel is better than expected. Unfortunately the software is woeful to the point that I regret buying a Samsung TV. It's almost like it purposely goes out of its way to be awkward. It decides what you want to watch. If you flick into the settings it starts streaming from some Samsung streaming service with a 70s film you've never heard of. The homepage is full of spam for services I don't have and programmes I don't watch. The nice little remote turns my Xbox on when it feels like it. It's almost like the TV thinks it is in charge and I will watch what it wants me to watch. To top it all off, none of this rubbish can be disabled so now everytime I want to watch TV or play a game, I die a little bit inside.

    Expensive Crap
    Remote control small and cumbersome, the television itself has a tendency when you switch it back on to go into set up mode or you get a house icon appearing which jogs on the screen and you have to turn the whole system off again before starting again, to be honest like most technology today its just a load of expensive crap and companies like Samsung profit of the back of it. Have given it a star to get this review published otherwise it would have been zero
