I love my coffee and purchased this for my 70th birthday present to me. It took a while to get the set up to make the coffee that I wanted. But after than, the coffee is consistent. Problems: 1) The waste bin indicates full after only a 4-5 cycles 2) The water bin indicates empty when its 1/3-1/2 full 3) The largest issue is that the beans cavitats and not allow the grinder to process the correct amount of coffee. I have to routinely shake the bean distributor. The milk frother works great.

I own two because of ease of coffee production. However requires excessive maintenance and also shows spurious signals now and then, dredge drawer needs emptying when barely full, insufficient beans when hopper full. Low water doesn't always show on shut off or start causing operational problems. However customer telephone support has been wonderful.

I HAVE TWO COFFEE MACHINES. I HAVE SYNTIA AND THE MINUTO. BOTH MACHINES ARE VERY FRIENDLY USE. I DONT HAVE ANY TROUBLE WITH IT. INFACT I AM GOING TO RECOMMEND SAECO COFFEE MACHINES PRODUCT. I AHVE BEEN USING SAECO COFFEE MACHINES FOR ABOUT 8YRS NOW. THANKS FOR THE SAECO PRODUCT.
