Have had this machine for 5 years, one minor fault when first purchased, but early fixed under warranty, since then not one problem we love it, all things need replacing after long working life and when our machine ends its working life, will replace it with saeco, can't fault it.

I love my coffee and purchased this for my 70th birthday present to me. It took a while to get the set up to make the coffee that I wanted. But after than, the coffee is consistent. Problems: 1) The waste bin indicates full after only a 4-5 cycles 2) The water bin indicates empty when its 1/3-1/2 full 3) The largest issue is that the beans cavitats and not allow the grinder to process the correct amount of coffee. I have to routinely shake the bean distributor. The milk frother works great.

We bought this Saeco unit to replace another Saeco that had broken after two years. It makes great coffee and espresso. We hope it lasts longer
