I bought this oven after having had 3 previous Sunbeam models. It is very confusing as to exactly how to put the settings dials in the correct place to use the oven. The instruction book is not much help. The dial knobs are not clearly enough marked to set them correctly and indicate which is the control end. I am not sure if both the top and bottom heat bars should come on for the oven or just one. If so, how many should come on for the toaster cooking? I have always been a fan of R & H products, especially in the UK so bought the product based on my past experience, but am disappointed with this one as it is very confusing to use. The unit is nicely made and reasonable quality otherwise.

I absolutely love this benchtop oven, I hardly use by big wall oven now. This little oven is so easy to use. I borrowed one from a friend when my wall oven blew an element just prior to lockdown and then bought my own. I wish I had bought one years ago.

I love my Bake Expert Mini Toaster Oven sits very neat on the kitchen bench, toast bread crumpets great, grills fantastic, the oven feature is great. Just great for me and hubby cooks just a good has a large oven.i love it
