Bought this a month ago. We’ve all burnt ourselves due to the flaw in the design. When the toast pops up, it doesn’t up come high enough. You have to grab the handle and push upwards to raise it high enough to grab without burning yourselves on the hot metal. Not great with kids particularly in the first few uses.
