definetly non scratch!
This is my second Russell Hobbs fry pan I have purchased in 4 years and it is nonstick the sear is just perfect for steaks and all the oil or fat runs off into the rim . I highly recommend it to any other fry pan . Even had my sister buy one in NZ as she thought it was the best frypan she had seen while she was on Hols in Australia.
