great steamer, but when home dressmaking I backed over a pin ,which is what I have been doing for all my life,and the pin went up under the sole plate and welded its self on to the plate and fused the circuit breakers .The wiring is exposed at the rear under the sole plate .

This would have to be the worst iron I have ever used. Poor instructions on how to use and set up. It constantly leaks water onto your clothes and the ironing board. This is the second one I have had as the first one also did the same and was replaced. Can't wait for this one to no longer work so I can buy another brand. Russell Hobbs this iron model RHC800 is a piece of crop.

I bought this iron in September thinking it was a good one. Not super cheap either! It has not stopped dripping ever, non matter what setting you put it on. It also has a poor water trigger, however don’t really need it as the water drips constantly anyways!! It does not drip clear water either, it becomes brownish and has ruined a few white tops... do yourself a favour - DONT BUY IT!
